I'm Jake Sweet, owner/president of TopChoiceCash.com and to tell you a little about where I come from and
what my own personal goals are and what as a team we can achieve.

I personally have been involved in the adult industry for over 10 years as everything from a performer to executive producer to one of the most influential adult content providers in the history of the industry. I have learned over my many years in this and well as any business for that matter to treat every single affiliate as a member of a team. To take the time and listen to your team and use everything they have to say as something that can be beneficial to the growth and evolution of the company. I learned that by treating your team with respect and enthusiasm and standing behind them in time of need as well as rewarding them for going that extra mile creates almost a family out of that team.
That said ..I want you to be part of our team. I want everyone to feel they can approach me, share with me their own personal input as to what they feel will create a better machine, I want every member to feel that they will be heard and actually listened to.. Like if you have an idea for a new product line .. tell me .. if you feel like something is a dog .. tell me ... I am ALWAYS looking for new product and new product lines if you have something you would like to make part of our program ..lets do it!
